1. The employee accepts to work for the employer as “---------------------------” in any division of the group within the KSA as directed by the management on a lump sum salary of SAR------------ per a month
2. The employee will be eligible for overtime wages.
3. The employee will work 8 hours per a day / 6 days in a week.
4. The employer will provide bachelor accommodation and transportation from and to workplace.
5. The employer will provide all personal protection equipment to the employee required for carrying out his job.
6. One month paid leave granted each and every year and one year the company will not provide the ticket.
7. An emergency leave which the employee wants to avail before completion of the period, the employee will assume the cost of the ticket.
8. Medical expenses will bear by the company, provided the employee obtains and hold valid health card.
9. The employee has to work to the entire satisfaction of the employer and to his clients.
10. The employee shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the government and the employer will not be responsible for any problem arising due to violation of such rules
11. For any other terms and conditions, which are not mentioned above local labor law will be applied.
